The initial core of Gokern Company was formed in early 2008 by a group of experts and graduates from various fields of agricultural sciences, with the goal of promoting and developing organic agriculture.

Gokern, also known as the White Haoma (Hōm-e Sepid), is the most sacred tree in ancient Persian mythology and a symbol of the Tree of Life. According to legend, it grows in the middle of the mythical Vourukasha Sea. Believed to be the source of all medicinal plants and the elixir of immortality, this sacred tree plays a vital role in the restoration of the world and the granting of eternal life to humanity. For this reason, Ahura Mazda appointed two divine fish to guard its roots against a toad created by Ahriman, whose purpose was to destroy all life.
